Please set your password to at least 8 characters including both alphanumeric characters.

  • *If you already meet the above rule, you can continue to use your current password.
  • *If you wish to change your password in advance, please change it using on My Page or by the above deadline.

(2)Added account lock function
*Account lock: Temporarily freezes a registered account and makes it impossible to login.

If you fail to login more than a certain number of times,Your account will be locked and you will not be able to login.
After your account is locked, an email will be sent to the registered address. Please follow the instructions in the email to unlock it.
  • *If you do not receive the email, please check your spam folder or trash folder.
  • *If the enter address is incorrect, you will not to receive emails.
  • *If you do not know your password, please reset it.
