| Notice details | Bidding Proposal for the construction of commercial booth, Osaka, Kansai Expo 2025 Client/Participant: Horticulture Association of Bhutan Bhutan Pavilion Work Description: Construction of commercial booth, location Pavilion C, Plot No. C74(Refer location map), Osaka, Kansai, Expo 2025. Plot Area: 15 square meters Terms and conditions: 1. Constructions to be done based on the design provided by the Client(HAoB). 2. Contractor has to carefully study the design and materials available locally will be used for the construction, mostly wooden timber, glass, aluminum, tiles. Precise specifications will be finalized at the time of virtual meeting. 3. Contractor has to inspect the site to have the clear picture about the location and size. 4. Client will have a virtual meeting with the contractor to discuss and finalize on the design. For our easy communication, we recommend that there must be one representative from the contractor side who can understand English at the time of meeting. 5. After finalizing the design and material specifications, the contractor can quote the price to the client, which can be further negotiated or mutually agreed, depending on the price situation. 6. Contractor must have the valid and registered license. 7. Must be well versed with the expo construction guidelines especially Expo Universal Guidelines. 8. Works requiring traditional wooden crafting and painting, Client will take care of those works. 9. After reaching to an agreement, contractor will be awarded for the work. Contract agreement will be signed by both the parities. 10.On the payment terms and conditions, the contractor has to propose along with pricing, and it will be deliberated to arrive at the mutual consensus. 11.
