| 案件内容 | TERMS OF REFERENCE (TORs) Kenya will be participating in the World Expo 2025 in Osaka, Japan, under the theme "Kenya: Rising from the Bottom Up." The Kenya Pavilion aims to provide visitor experiences that reflects Kenya’s rich heritage, culture, and innovation. To achieve this, we seek qualified vendors to conceptualize, design and produce mannequins that are a representation of the Kenyan man and woman. The Mannequins will be based on the following Terms of Reference. 1. Design and Prototyping • Develop initial sketches and 3D designs for approval. 2. Production Create two life-sized mannequins (male 5’8’’ and female 5’2’’) with: a) Detachable Parts: Easily detachable Head, arms, and legs for ease of dressing and transportation. b) Material PETG and ASA c) Stability: A stable base with detachable support structure to prevent tipping during use. Provide separate powered motorized bases for each of the mannequins to be used during showcases i. Voltage Compatibility: The voltage requirement for Japan is 110v, ensure that the final products are compatible with plugs ii. Plug Types: Japan primarily uses Type A plugs, which have two flat parallel prongs. d) Detailing: Use advanced techniques to capture fine details, such as facial features and textures, to enhance realism. e) Sustainability: Consider using eco-friendly materials and sustainable production methods to minimize environmental impact f) Maintenance: Provide guidance on maintenance and cleaning of the mannequins 3. Cultural Representation • Ensure that the male mannequin embodies traditional Kenyan warrior stature. • The female mannequin should also embody a Kenyan general female characteristic such as height, skin tone etc. • Should painted to realistic hue and tone 4. Delivery and Assembly • Transport the mannequins to the designated location. • Provide a manual or instructions for assembly and dressing. 5. Overall Deliverables • Two full-size detachable mannequins (male and female). • Documentation, including assembly instructions and maintenance guidelines. • High-resolution photos of the completed mannequins for review and approval prior to shipment.
