| 案件内容 | Basic Information on the Location and Design of the Slovak Exhibition: The Slovak exhibition will be located in Hall CS2 on exhibition space E87 (53 m²) and commercial space C88 (15 m²). The Slovak exhibition space will utilize digital technologies (LED, LCD) combined with mirror installations, creating an illusory environment that provides an extraordinary experience despite its compact dimensions. This experience will be enhanced with custom content created specifically for this purpose. Projections within the space will be mirrored to achieve a highly realistic effect. The construction of the Slovak exhibition must be based on the submitted creative concept and architectural design included in Annex 1B (Technical Documentation) of this Call for Proposals. During both the construction and subsequent dismantling of the Slovak exhibition after the conclusion of EXPO 2025 Osaka, the successful bidder/contractor is required to closely cooperate with the public procurer/client and the EXPO Association organizer, adhering to all their instructions as well as complying with relevant Japanese legal regulations, Osaka Prefecture and City ordinances, and other applicable laws and regulations. The Slovak exhibition will be a temporary structure, meaning the construction of the exhibition, installation of equipment, and necessary fittings will only be for the duration of the World Expo EXPO 2025 Osaka (from April 13, 2025, to October 13, 2025). The start of construction of the Slovak exhibition includes a site inspection and handover of the construction site. Before starting the construction, the following must be ensured: Protection of existing buildings, structures, materials, and the surrounding environment during construction; Marking the construction site, i.e., marking horizontal and central lines on building materials, walls, and floors used in construction; Cleaning and tidying during construction; Internal scaffolding; Height scaffolding; Transportation of temporary construction materials; Machinery and equipment; Disposal and transportation of materials and waste; Security measures; Transport to the construction site; Cleaning before handing over the completed construction. Works related to the construction of the national Slovak exhibition: Carpentry works – involve flooring works, especially: Raising or lowering the floor; Laying or gluing flooring (direct laying or gluing depending on the material); Rounding edges; Staircase adjustments; Other auxiliary works. Metalworking works – involve the creation and installation of basic steel structures within the Slovak exhibition (including light steel frames, ceiling stands, etc.), consisting of the following parts: Floor – cutting metal materials including grinding and rounding edges; Metal railings – creation, cutting, including grinding and rounding edges; Walls: a) Installation base for wall-mounted digital equipment (LED and LCD); b) Installation base for aluminum panels on the wall (assembly base from steel frame); c) LSG steel structure; d) Panel for fabric with digital print (FF tarpaulin background). Ceiling a) Light fixture box (hardened surface finish); b) Aluminum panel, mirror panel, rounding; c) Installation stand for panel with digitally printed fabric (mounting the stand with steel frame); d) Aluminum mirror panel, rounding. Ceiling works – ceiling surface construction, steel base assembly; Metal material works; Other auxiliary works necessary for ensuring the construction of the Slovak exhibition. Finishing painting works – involving various coatings on the ceiling, walls, floors, etc. Finishing flooring works – these involve laying/installation of flooring, carpets with digital print, aluminum panels with digital print. Electrical installation works for lighting and sound equipment, including cables and lights from the electrical distribution board to lights and outlets. Installation works – disaster prevention and mitigation equipment, mainly consisting of automatic fire alarm systems, emergency broadcasting systems, and guidance light systems. Plumbing and sewage construction works – installation of a wall-mounted kitchen with an electric hot water heater, including installation of supporting hardware, valves, floor water piping, and related installation works. Construction and assembly works for accessories and furniture – construction of accessories refers to the works that involve the manufacture and installation of free-standing accessories and furniture. Accessories include storage shelves, counters, display cabinets, kitchen cabinets, office furniture, etc. Installation works for LED and LCD panels – mounting digital technology. Light electrical installation works – these involve constructing LAN cabling (including a HUB and other devices), building Wi-Fi (including AP equipment), and installing surveillance cameras (including recording to SD cards and recorders). |
